A Weekend to Remember
We are so excited to spend an unforgettable weekend with all of you at Borgo Castelvecchi! Here’s what to expect during our three days of celebration in the heart of Tuscany.
Friday – Welcome & Pizza Party
🏡 Check-in begins at 14:00 – Feel free to arrive, settle in, and soak in the beauty of the Borgo at your own pace. Take a walk through the vineyards, relax in the garden, or enjoy a glass of wine while embracing the Tuscan sunset.
🍕 18:30 – Pizza Party!
Join us for a relaxed and fun evening where we’ll kick off the celebrations with a traditional wood-fired pizza party. There will be plenty of delicious food, local wines, and great company to start the weekend off right!
For the pizza party, please come with a casual dress code
Saturday – The Big Day!
☀️ Morning – Enjoy the Borgo
Take your time to wake up, explore, and enjoy a peaceful morning surrounded by nature.
🥗 12:00 – Light Lunch
A light and fresh Tuscan-style lunch will be served, perfect to keep us energized for the amazing day ahead.
💍 16:00 – Wedding Celebration
The moment we’ve all been waiting for! The details of the ceremony and reception will be shared soon, but get ready for a magical evening filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
For the wedding, please adopt a semi-formal or formal dress code
Sunday – Farewell & Poolside Relaxation
💦 10:30 – Goodbye & Pool Time
After a weekend full of joy, we’d love to spend a relaxing morning together before everyone heads off. Enjoy a dip in the Borgo’s beautiful pool, sip on some coffee (or prosecco!), and take in the last moments of this special weekend.
We are beyond grateful to have you with us for this celebration, and we can’t wait to make lifelong memories together.
Remember to bring a swimming suit if you are planning to take advantage of the pool!
